Currently, products are sold directly to the general public at two locations in West Hartford and our newest addition in Colchester, CT. The company continues to grow due to extremely high levels of customer service to patients, nursing agencies, assisted living facilities, hospice organizations and retail customers. Suburban Home Medical's priority is to set standards of excellence for providing quality products and services that will make living at home more comfortable for those recovering from injuries, surgery, or suffering from chronic illness. A 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse located in West Hartford, CT is the backbone to its facilities and ensures swift product distribution throughout the state of CT. This large selection of products has permitted Suburban to be a "one stop shop" for its customers. Suburban's superior service constantly exceeds expectations which creates brand loyalty among its customers. A staff of certified professionals are on-call and ready to make recommendations on equipment that will improve the patients overall quality of life. President and Director of Business Development, Gregory M. Czapiga, has established many relationships with third party consumers from his 12 years in the medical supply business.
